• The FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) Summit 2014 Slovenia was a major international business event focusing on domestic and foreign direct investment and current development issues, measures for final stabilisation of Slovenia´s banking sector, deleveraging economy and generating new quality growth in the current changing European and global economic environment.

• The working theme of the summit was “Direction Forward“, the conference focused on finalisation of the cleaning up in the banking sector, new and transparent system of corporate governance, privatisation process and defining strategic growth potential of Slovenia and wider region.

• The 2014 summit was held in Ljubljana at the Faculty of Economics on 22 October 2014 with 30 speakers participating in five round table discussions, all together with 250 participants from Slovenia and abroad attending.
